We have an exciting vacancy for a registered Veterinary nurse to join our team at Stapenhill. This is a part-time position of 37.5hrs a week including a share of evening and weekends. Alternative working hours would be considered but would this need to involve evening and weekend work. The successful applicant needs to be a good communicator, trustworthy and a team player.
You will join a friendly and supportive team of 8 vets and 8 nurses including an SVN. Our well-equipped surgery has facilities for medical and surgical care of patients, treating a varied case load of companion animals, birds, and exotics. Surgical caseload includes, neutering, soft tissue surgery, orthopaedics and dentals.
The role involves a variety of first opinion practice roles including monitoring anaesthetics, assisting with imaging using radiography and ultrasound, completing laboratory samples, nurse clinics and assisting Vets consulting. There will be limited nurse consults at our Stretton branch however this is currently on hold due to coronavirus.Apply
