We have an exciting opportunity within our Veterinary MRI/CT imaging team for an enthusiastic, proactive and flexible Radiographer. The successful candidate will perform a full range of MRI and CT examinations to a high standard for a number of disciplines including Neurology, Orthopaedics, Oncology, Medicine and Surgery teams. Although mainly working in the MRI/CT department you may also be required to perform fluoroscopy studies and a range of X-ray examinations.
The position is initially for 18 hours per week over 2 days and will include an element of evening and weekend on-call on a rota basis. It may also be necessary for the successful candidate to cover colleagues annual leave. The position may offer the opportunity to increase the hours of work over additional days in the future, so flexibility is essential and willingness to work more hours would be advantageous.
Previous experience of MRI &/or CT experience is preferred for the role, however full training will be provided to ensure the right candidate can competently operate our GE 16 slice CT and 1.5T MRI scanners in addition to a GE digital Fluoroscopy C arm.Apply
