From £8.24/hour  | Part Time  | Wollaton, Nottingham

Our outstanding Client Care team are there for our clients, answering the phone, welcoming them and their pets into the practice and ensuring they are looked after and have everything they need every step of the way. They are a professional, friendly and dedicated team, and often the first contact with our clients so are vital to our business.

The team

As this is a brand-new opening practice the team will initially consist of three part time Client Care Advisors working 18 hours a week, plus a full-time vet and veterinary nurse.

While adhering to Scarsdale policies the new team will be able to influence the feel of the practice with their own style and personalities.

The role

Your role as Client care Advisor at Scarsdale Vets will be very varied with no two days being the same. If you are looking for a challenge and the ability to make a difference, this is the role for you!

You will be taking phone calls, making appointments, assisting clients with queries, reassuring clients, listening to their needs, taking payments, solving problems and generally 'being there' for our clients.

Being at the heart of the business, the Client Care Advisors are there to not only facilitate and support the clients and the patients, but also for the onsite practice vet and nurse. There will be support from our colleagues across our other practices in the East Midlands.

So, having natural team player qualities is essential and you will most definitely get out of it what you put in.

We would like you to be employed on a flexible contract of 18 hours per week and the hours of work can be between 8.30am and 7pm Monday to Friday plus some Saturday mornings. Rotas will be produced at least 4 weeks in advance and there would be an expectation that absence was covered within the team of three, as required.

Before commencing in your new role, we would ensure that you had received full training at our main site in Pride Park, Derby. This will require travelling to Derby for a few weeks but will give you a solid foundation in how we operate.
