Your role as Client Care Advisor at The Pride Veterinary Centre - Referrals will be very varied and fast paced. We need applicants who have skills in remaining positive and professional at all times, regardless of what is happening around them and what they yet have as a task to complete.
You will be taking referral calls from other practices, making appointments, assisting clients with queries on the phone and in person, reassuring clients, listening to their needs, taking payments and solving problems. Attention to detail skills are required as is a natural smile and enjoyment of being in a customer care role.
As the appointments within the Referrals Team aren’t the usual check-up or vaccination, our pets and their people may have travelled some distance to be with us in order to obtain the best specialist care. Having consideration for this added element to their visit would be a helpful aptitude.
You will be employed for 16 hours each week on a flexible contract with the hours of work being between 8am and 8pm Monday through to Sunday. Rotas will be produced at least 4 weeks in advance and everyone needs to be flexible on covering any of the core hours and days.
