Your role as Client care Advisor at The Pride Veterinary Centre and Practices will be very varied with no two days being the same. If you are looking for a challenge and the ability to make a difference, this is the role for you!
You will be taking phone calls, making appointments, assisting clients with queries, reassuring clients, listening to their needs, taking payments, solving problems and generally 'being there' for our clients.
You will be employed on a flexible contract of 22 hours per week and the hours of work can be between 6.45am and 10pm Monday to Sunday. Rotas will be produced at least 4 weeks in advance and are subject to change due to the needs of the business.Apply
